During uncertain times, it's important to pencil in time for regular sweat seshes. Not only can they help combat recent baking obsessions (and baked goods consumption), but exercise is also great for dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, boredom, stir-craziness, and more — in other words, we could all use more mood-boosting workouts.

Luckily, Samsung is here to help. Overnight, the brand rebooted all Samsung Smart TVs — from 2018 models on — with a ton of top fitness apps, for free.

If you are one of the millions of people sheltering at home with a Samsung TV, you might want to check out your fitness apps. The brand automatically rebooted its TVs in the US, plus select countries around the world, which means all of the apps will already be loaded and ready for use. Among the free options are over 250 videos from workout apps like Echelon, barre3, Fitplan, Jillian Michaels Fitness, and Obé Fitness, plus guided meditations on the Calm app and celebrity-led personal training sessions.

Of course, if you don't have a Samsung TV yet, you could also purchase one for delivery or no-contact pick-up and reap the sweat-filled benefits as soon as you set it up. All of these premium health and wellness apps will be fully integrated into Samsung Health, which will launch soon on 2020 Samsung Smart TVs — which means you'll have a leg up with your new TV.

Either way, you'll be getting access to killer workouts alongside your favorite bingeing apps, too.
