Juiceman electric juicers offer an easy solution for preparing delicious, healthful beverages made of fruits and vegetables. This type of electric juicer features two speeds, stainless steel blades and 700 watts of power to quickly pulverize fruits and vegetables, leaving you with a blended beverage. The juicer's wide-mouth chute means less prep work; produce can be added directly to the machine at fairly large sizes. For best results and for the longevity of your juicer, be sure to follow best practices for care and use.

Food Preparation

Wash all fruits and vegetables prior to juicing to ensure the removal of pesticides or dirt. Remove any leaves, bruised sections, mold or waxed areas before inserting produce into the juicer. It's okay to leave the skin on your fruits or vegetables when juicing, but you should peel tangerines, grapefruit and oranges. Additionally, large seeds or pits should be removed, as they can clog the machine. Cut any extremely large pieces of fruits or vegetables to a size that fits easily into the Juiceman chute. Do not ever attempt to force produce into the machine.

Making Juice

Place a plastic grocery bag into the Juiceman's pulp basket to make cleanup easier. Position the juice pitcher below the juice spout before plugging the juicer into an outlet.

Remove the food pusher from the feed tube, then place the prepared fruits or vegetables into the feed tube. Gently replace the pusher once you've inserted your produce, being sure not to be overly forceful. Once you've inserted you produce, power on the juicer.

You can juice your produce on low or high settings, depending on the beverage consistency you prefer. Be sure to turn off and unplug the Juiceman when you've finished and before you begin to clean the machine. Additionally, always power down and turn off the machine before attempting to open it or reach inside for any reason.

Cleaning Your Juicer

Clean the juicer with warm, soapy water immediately after use and rinse it well. Do not submerge the portion containing the motor in water. If this part of the Juiceman needs to be cleaned, wipe it with a damp paper towel, instead. Clean the machine's lid and bowl with the juicer's provided scrubbing tool.

Remove the cap from the food pusher to be sure it is properly cleaned. Dispose of any remaining pieces of produce. Unclog the filter basket with the provided cleaning brush. Allow all parts of the juicer to thoroughly dry before reassembly and storage. When used and cleaned properly, your juicer can provide delicious and healthful beverages for many years.
