Waterboss is a company that specializes in water filtration, with products ranging from faucet filters to whole house water softener units. Waterboss units can filter iron, chlorine and sediment from your house's water lines. Sometimes, that same matter can clog up your Waterboss's lines and cause the unit to overflow.
Check the Waterboss's drain line to ensure that the line isn't restricted by ice or crimping. Power-off the Waterboss. Disconnect the drain line and allow it to thaw. Straighten out the drain line if it is crimped or bent.
Check the brine line, with the Waterboss still powered off. Disconnect the brine line and flush it out if the line is clogged.
Clean your Waterboss's injector assembly. Unplug the Waterboss, pry open its valve cover, and then unscrew the four screws that are supporting the injector assembly. Clean the individual parts of the injector assembly with a cloth and warm water.
Reassemble and replace the injector assembly. Feed the injector screen and throat into the thin injector seal. Insert the partial assembly into the Waterboss's injector housing. Sandwich the thin injector seal between the nozzle plate and injector cap.
Align the screw holes of the seal, nozzle and cap with the holes on the outside of the injector housing. Secure the injector assembly with its screws.
