The Founder of Parachute Spills Her Simple (Parachute-Filled) Bedtime Routine

Today, Ariel Kaye, founder of the uber-popular bedding brand Parachute, spills on her favorite pre-bed beverages, her go-to Parachute picks, and why she loves a good evening shower.

I start out every evening with a shower to unwind and relax. Showering literally washes away the stresses of the day and the warm water signals [to] my body that it's time to get ready for bed. I use Necessaire's The Body Wash in Eucalyptus​ in the shower. The smell is intoxicating and the rich formula always leaves my skin feeling refreshed.

Then, I do a quick skincare routine — although I keep it fairly simple. I wash my face with ​Biologique Recherche Lait U​ — it always leaves me and my skin feeling refreshed.
