Squeaky is all about the borderline genius hacks and ideas that keep literally every inch of your space pristine.

We at Hunker can't help but agree with the familiar saying that "the kitchen is the heart of the home." We also agree that with all the foot traffic, kitchen flooring can take quite a beating. Floors need to be cleaned, and cleaned often — but keep in mind that you shouldn't use one cleaner for all floors.

Whether you have a wood, laminate, stone (like slate or marble), or tile kitchen floor, we've got you covered with four simple DIY kitchen floor cleaner recipes, plus tips on how to clean.
