Created by industrial designer Karim Rashid, the Umbra side table is made of a clear acrylic that allows the piece to blend in which a more modern space. However, the table's curved lines make it stand out, especially when the piece is being used to store magazines, books, or records.
According to Amazon's product description, the Umbra Magino Acrylic Side Table also won the Housewares Design Award in 2006.
As of right now, the 16.5 x 17 x 11.5" Umbra Magino Acrylic Side Table is on backorder for $200 at 2Modern and will ship by April 22 (which seems to be the case for other stores). You can also get it for $458.20 on Amazon, but it won't ship until May.
