Circulon cookware has a hard, anodized surface with hi-low ridges to release food and increase the durability of the pans. The cookware has a lifetime guarantee, and with proper care, will probably be the last set of pots and pans you'll need. Hand wash your pans or wash them in the dishwasher. If food gets stuck between the ridges causing buildup, you may notice that the non-stick surface doesn't work as efficiently. Remove this buildup to restore the non-stick capabilities of your Circulon cookware.
Wash your Circulon pans in a sink full of soapy water immediately after use. Clean the ridges in the bottom of the pan with a nylon scrub brush to remove food particles. Scrub the exterior bottom of the pan with the nylon brush as well. Rinse and dry.
Pour 3 cups of water and 1 cup vinegar in the pan if you suspect that food is stuck to the ridges. Boil the mixture for five to 10 minutes. Pour the mixture down the drain, allow pot to cool and wash the pan in hot, soapy water.
Dry the pan thoroughly with a clean towel to remove any water spots. The non-stick surface should work effectively.
