This Coffee Table Book Is the Reason I'm Planning a Cottagecore Tea Party

I get new coffee table books all the time, but my most recent acquisition may have turned me into a new person. The book in question? Celebrating MacKenzie-Childs by Jo Anne P. Welsh. Made to tell the story of the MacKenzie-Childs brand, which is known for creating whimsical ceramics, furniture, and more, this book is the inspo I didn't know I needed.

It's probably the most gorgeous one in my collection so far, and every page features an image that's more stunning than the last. Imagine Alice-in-Wonderland-esque tea parties, checker print everything, and sweet florals that are a little bit cottagecore and a little bit Victorian grandma in the best possible way. Thanks to this book, I have been buying up everything that will help me create my own cottagecore tea party (once we're able to safely gather again). Here are all the things I've been adding to my cart:

MacKenzie-Childs Courtly Check Tea Pot, $125

BeauTeaStudio Gold Tea Infuser, $14.50

BTaT Tea Cups and Saucers $29.95

Tea Forte Petite Fleur Tasting Assortment, $22

MacKenzie-Childs Ladybug Dinner Candles, $28

MagicLinen Stone Washed Tablecloth, starting at $49

MacKenzie-Childs Cirque Candle Holder, $68

Food52 Everyday Soft Cotton Napkins, $45
