Squeaky is all about the borderline genius hacks and ideas that keep literally every inch of your space pristine.
How many times have you set your table for a nice dinner and discovered that your silverware is dotted with rust stains? Utensils can get rusty if they are soaked in water for any extended amount of time, and especially (unfortunately) when washed in the dishwasher. Here's an easy way to remove rust stains.
Things You'll Need
2 tablespoons of baking soda
Warm water (enough to form a paste)
Step 1
Add two tablespoons of baking soda to a bowl.

Step 2
Add warm water — a little bit at a time — to make the paste. Stir until it forms the consistency of toothpaste.
Step 3
Use a microfiber cleaning cloth to rub the paste into the rust stains, moving in small circular motions until the rust is removed.
Step 4
Rinse well.
Step 5
Dry each piece thoroughly.
