Removing an Emtek lock set from a door is a job that can be completed in just a few minutes. A lockset doorknob uses a special clip on the inside of the door shank to secure the doorknob assembly rather than securing it with screws. Emtek specializes in making quality door and cabinet hardware and has a full line of locksets. You can remove the Emtek lockset yourself, saving you the time and money of having someone else do the work for you.
