Kenmore Elite dryers have a large-capacity drum, sanitize cycle, moisture sensors, lowered initial heat, wrinkle guard cycle, steam refresh cycle and an LCD touch screen display that lets users scroll through available cycles and select the desired one. If the display has a "Check Filter" light blinking, some basic steps should be taken to resolve the issue and stop the light from flashing.

Step 2

Set the filter in a sink and wash with warm, soapy water and a soft brush. This will remove lint, debris and any wax that might develop from the use of fabric softener sheets or products.
