Frigidaire is a manufacturer of household appliances, including stoves, wall ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers and freezers. Your Frigidaire appliance has a model number tag affixed to it at the factory. Knowing your model number can help you get service, locate parts and access online product guides. The model number is normally found on a sticker or metal plate; where the plate is depends upon what type of appliance you own, but generally they aren't difficult to locate.

Step 1

Open the appliance and look on the door jamb. The model number could be at the top, bottom, left or right, depending on the type of appliance you own.

Step 2

Check on the inside left or right wall if your appliance is a refrigerator. You may also be able to find the model number behind the kick plate at the bottom.

Step 3

Check behind drawers: In a refrigerator, look behind the crisper drawer; on a stove, pull the drawer out and look on the edge of the door jamb.

Step 4

Check the outside of the appliance cabinet; the model number may be located along the bottom edge or at the upper left-hand corner on the back.

Step 5

Lift up the lid on a stove and check underneath for the model number plate. The model number may also be located on some models in the fuse box at the top back of your stove.
