On the hunt for a new chic and comfy sofa? Dims. — the contemporary online home furnishings brand — is launching the sofa of your dreams today.

The Alfa Sofa by Takagi Homstvedt is the brand's first sofa and upholstered product. The retailer is known for making authentic, forward-thinking designs much more accessible for people's homes, and it set out to do just that with the new item.

"Everybody's idea of a couch is a little bit different," says co-founder of Takagi Homstvedt, Jonah Takagi. "For me, I wanted to create something that I could just get into and feel comfortable in and that's what we brought to the Alfa Sofa."

So if you're looking for something that's functional, chic, and exceptionally designed, then the Alfa Sofa is for you. The sofa incorporates inspiration from 'the sleek curves of '60s Italian autos." With its sculpted cushions, it's engineered for amazing comfort and springiness. It's also tailored in sustainably produced Kvadrat textiles.

The Alfa Sofa is available in six colorways including primera green, dune, toast, shell pink, ikat red, and off-white. The retailer also offers four luxury hues: soft charcoal, buttermilk, goose gray, and NOLA. So whatever your home decor color scheme is, the Alfa Sofa can match it.

The sofa is available for purchase in either a three-seater or two-seater version and you can choose from two different leg finishes, including ash wood and black or powder-coated steel.

Pre-orders open today, with early-bird pricing for the two-seater ranging between $2,795 to $3,450, and the three-seater between $3,450 to $4,050, depending on your choice of fabric.
