For Black History Month, we are highlighting the people and projects you should know about all year long.

To honor Black History Month, Nordstrom has collaborated with Black-owned brand Goodee on a collection of 100 products from homeware to apparel, aptly called the Goodee 100. Founded by brothers Byron and Dexter Peart, Goodee is all about ethics and sustainability when it comes to the production of their goods, and those two pillars hold up the new collection, too.

"Mindfully vetted by Goodee's team of sustainability experts, each item in the collection is 100% transparently sourced, ethically made, and designed to last — so you can shop safe in the knowledge that your picks make a difference in the world," writes Goodee on its website.
