Etsy Is Calling 2021's Biggest Trends and We're Into Them

It's time to reflect on 2020's home decor trends and we'll gladly go down this rabbit hole any day. Lucky for us, Etsy just released its Year in Review findings. The data looks at jumps in searches over the last three months (compared to that exact time frame last year). It's a great indication of what to expect for 2021, too.

Etsy reports that a 39% growth when it comes to searches for sky blue (or light blue). This includes plenty of items across categories, but we're (naturally) interested in the home decor picks.

No surprise here: Etsy saw a 399% increase in searches for wall or foldable desks. With work from home continuing into 2021 for many people, we figure this won't change much.

Now that many people are spending lots more time with their pets, it's natural to want to treat them to a thing or two. Searches on Etsy for pet toys increased by a whopping 96%.
