Film and TV awards season might've been pushed back a few months, but everything is looking just peachy in terms of design awards. Etsy opened its nomination period for the 2nd annual Etsy Design Awards, aka #TheEtsies, and announced its celebrity judge: Drew Barrymore.

Alongside Etsy trend expert Dayna Isom Johnson, Barrymore will select winners across 10 categories, from Home & Living to Vintage to Art, each of whom will be awarded $1,000, plus a Grand Prize Winner who will receive $15,000. They'll be announced in September 2020.

Barrymore certainly has the design chops for the job — she has her own boho-chic decor line, Flower Home — but it's her first time joining the team.

"I have been a huge fan of Etsy for many years. All of these incredible independent sellers, from all over the world, create the most amazing items, and with such heart and passion," Barrymore said in a statement. "I love the personal cards and notes from the sellers and these one-of-a-kind items that are often made at home and sometimes with the whole family involved."

If you've got an Etsy shop you'd like to nominate, your submission will help create the shortlist for the 10 categories. Head to etsydesignawards.com through July 1 to submit.
