Now seems like a great time to disappear into a fort at home and escape current events. Or maybe you need to keep the kiddos occupied with a fun activity that doesn't require buying anything new.

IKEA Russia just shared a great tip: use your furniture items from the Swedish retailer to build a fort or two (or more).

The retailer posted a few illustrations that give you instructions on how to build forts with items like IKEA tables, lights, and hangers. Just add a clothespin, tape, and other supplies here and there to bring it all together.

The page encourages followers to post photos of their own creations for a chance to be featured.

Although the instructions are in Russian, we can basically guess the steps and supplies based on the cute IKEA-branded illustrations. If you've got items like the retailer's Pressa hanging dryer and Utsund LED string lights.

Of course, you can use any items you've got at home for these ideas. We know what we're doing this weekend.
