Just last month, Le Creuset released its limited-edition pumpkin collection to get us in the fall spirit. And now, the retailer has truly outdone itself. Introducing Le Creuset's brand new fall color: Truffle. The rich, brown hue was inspired by "nature's color palette," according to the company, and it's the perfect color to complement the rich hues of the season: chocolatey hot cocoa, fresh-from-the-oven pumpkin bread, hearty harvest soups. (Mmmmm...)

The color is available now in all categories, from Le Creuset's signature skillets to its stoneware mugs. Scroll down to check out just a few.
