Ikea's New Collab Is for Lovers of Nordic Style

We have some good news for fans of the Danish design company HAY: you can snag their style at a much more reasonable price point at Ikea these days. The two companies have collaborated on a collection called YPPERLIG.

The YPPERLIG collection includes furniture, pillows, lamps, and more with the prices you've come to expect from Ikea. The look and feel of the collection is what you'd expect from a collaboration between a Danish and Swedish company: nordic perfection.

"We didn't want to do something that was just a marketing stunt, but something that was beautiful, well made and usable," said Mette Hay, the wife behind HAY's husband-and-wife duo. "Really good products made by Ikea and sprinkled with a bit of HAY."

Check out some of the most notable pieces from the collaboration below, and maybe even take advantage of Ikea's recent acquisition of the service platform TaskRabbit to have the pieces assembled for you.
