Rubbing Alcohol

Moisten a clean rag or paper towel with rubbing alcohol. Then gently blot the lipstick stain, making sure not to rub as this will smear the stain. After a few blots you will see the lipstick start to come off. If you are using a paper towel, grab a new one and continue blotting until the stain is gone. If you are using a rag, simply rinse it out once it has been saturated with lipstick and reuse.

Dishwashing Liquid

Because the main ingredients in dishwashing liquid work to fight grease, they are particularly effective in removing oily lipstick stains. Simply pour a small amount of dishwashing liquid on the stain and rub it with a paper towel or rag. Once the soap begins to lather, rinse the clothing in warm water and repeat until all of the stain has been removed.

Hair Spray

Using hair spray to remove a lipstick stain has long been an old wives' remedy that actually works. Simply get an aerosol-based hair spray product and spray a liberal amount directly on the stain. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
