Timberland carries a wide variety of footwear for adults and children, including anything from work boots to sandals. The boots have long been worn as work shoes and as a fashion statement. These leather boots are highly durable and water resistant and therefore will withstand years of wear and tear without deterioration. The boots need cleaned on occasion just like any other type of footwear. An eraser-like tool works well for removing scuff marks and similar residue.
Brush over the boots with a suede and nubuck brush to release loose dirt.
Scrub a suede eraser gently over the boots to remove any scuff marks or similar spots of residue. These erasers, which can typically be purchased from Timberland stores or leather shops and shoe stores, often come in a brush and eraser combination pack.
Drizzle a spoonful of suede cleaner and conditioner onto a cleaning rag. Work this into the boots well, rubbing in small circles as you clean.
Allow the boots to air dry fully, then brush once more with your suede brush to restore their shape.
