How to Remove Green Stains in the Bathroom

Step 1

Put on protective gloves and make sure you are working in a well-ventilated area. In addition to its pungent odor, ammonia can irritate the skin.

Step 2

Prepare a mixture of half water and half sudsy ammonia, or toilet bowl cleanser crystals mixed with water and scrub the stain with the mixture.

Step 3

Rinse the sink or bathtub well, and run water for a few minutes to flush the pipes.
