The "E11" error code on the Frigidaire Affinity washer occurs at the start of a laundry cycle. In most cases the cycle will finish, but other times you must resolve the error before doing laundry again.
The washer beeps 11 times as the "E11" error flashes on the LCD screen. Press the "Start" button on the washer to stop the beeping.
The "E11" error occurs when the washer takes too long to fill with water. After a set amount of time, the washer stops filling and will automatically drain if not enough water has been added.
Locate the faucets that lead into the water. Turn the faucets fully on to give the most water pressure into the washer. Check the hoses to see if they're properly attached and there are no leaks behind the washer or with the connection.
The water pressure in your whole home could be lower. Check sinks and bathtubs to see if the pressure is lower. If it is, it could be a problem with the water pump and not the washer connection itself.
After you've checked all the water connections, run a new wash cycle and the error should disappear.
