How to Troubleshoot the Keurig OfficePro B145

A hot cup of coffee goes well with every season. Whether it is a spring, summer, winter or autumn day, when your Keurig OfficePro B145 fails to work, the day begins rather slowly. Performing the routine maintenance of removing lodged coffee grounds may solve a slow brew problem. In addition, the machine will last longer. The electrical circuitry in your home must be functioning correctly and the coffee machine's parts must also be seated right prior to brewing. Some troubleshooting tips will enable you to enjoy your brew no matter what day or time of the year it is.

Step 1

Check the power source and verify that it is securely plugged in. If your brewer does not function correctly, go to the next step.

Step 2

Reset the circuit breaker. If your brewer does not function correctly, go to the next step.

Step 3

Turn the brewer off and then plug it into another outlet. Remove all other appliances from the outlet. If your brewer does not function correctly, go to the next step.

Step 4

Set the "Brew/Drain" switch to "Brew." Check that the K-Cup handle is pushed down and the water reservoir is seated correctly.If your brewer does not function correctly, go to the next step.

Step 5

Straighten out a metal paper clip and push out leftover coffee grounds out of the "Exit Needle." The "Exit Needle" is the part located on the bottom inside section of the "K-Cup Holder Assembly."
