The State Industries Censible 510E water heater is a tankless model designed for commercial or residential use and powered by gas. The water heater can be installed in a variety of locations and is Energy Star rated.

Measurements

The water heater is 20.5 by 13.8 by 8.5 inches in size. When shipping the water tank, the approximate shipping weight is 45 pounds. When installing the water heater inside, placement must allow a clearance around the unit of 12 inches on top, 12 inches on the bottom, 24 inches on the front, 1 inch on the back and 2 inches on the side. Necessary clearance outdoors is 36 on the top, 12 inches on the bottom, 24 inches on the front, 1 inch on the back and 2 inches on each side.

Energy Specifications

The 510 model has a gas consumption input of 11,000 minimum BTU and a maximum of 199,000 BTU for natural and propane gas. The inlet gas pressure is a minimum of 5.0 W.C. and a max of 10.5 W.C. for natural gas and 8.0 W.C. for propane gas and 14.0 for propane gas.

Voltage and Water Pressure

When considering the voltage necessary for the water heater, the heater requires a 120-volt electrical outlet with 0.77 amps. Operating the water tank requires an overall water pressure between 15 and 150 psi, with a minimum of 40 psi or more recommended for the best water-flow performance.

Warranty Information

The State water heater comes with a 12-year limited warranty on the heat exchanger when installed in a residential setting and a 5-year limited warranty on the heat exchanger when installed in commercial applications. A 5-year warranty on all parts is included for both residential and commercial applications.
