Oven lights are similar to refrigerator lights in that you take them for granted until they no longer work. Without a bulb, your oven will still work, but you can't see whether food is cooking properly. Remove and replace your Whirlpool oven light to fix this problem. Once you remove the light bulb from your Whirlpool oven, take it to a home improvement center to match and purchase the correct replacement bulb.
