Bobcat, an international corporation, has made skid-steer loaders since the late 1950s. Among the company's offerings was the Bobcat M-371, which was made between 1971 and 1977. The model is commonly referred to as the Mini Bob.
The M-371 is 92 inches in length, 36 inches wide and has a height of 72 inches. The vehicle has a wheelbase of 28 inches. It was designed to be the world's smallest skid-steer loader.
The M371 is equipped with a 14 horsepower, gasoline-powered motor, and the engine is air cooled. The pump operates at a maximum rate of 4.4 gallons per minute.
Mini Bobs are fitted with the Bob Tach implement attachment system. Some are also equipped with auxiliary hydraulic controls. The loader has a rated operating capacity of 500 lbs. and a tipping load capacity of 900 lbs.
