The Magic Bullet turns on by simply pushing down on the unit, so the pulsing method is the use of pushing down and releasing quickly. It’s important to learn how to chop onions to ensure the onions are the desired consistency for your dish.

Unscrew the cup from the Bullet. Place the peeled onion into the short cup and screw back onto the Bullet. The Bullet is the black blade base.

Place the Bullet onto the power base; line up the tabs on each unit. Twist to lock the Bullet into place.

Chop the onions using the pulsing method. Apply counter-clockwise pressure to the cup with one hand. Use the opposite hand to press down on the Bullet quickly and release. The Bullet will begin chopping the onion.

Continue to press down and release quickly until the onion reaches the desired consistency. Remove the cup from the power base. Unscrew the cup to access the chopped onions.
