How do I Get Lice Off Furniture?

Cleaning furniture, blankets, towels, sheets and clothing after a lice infestation is just as important as treating your hair. According to the University of Iowa's Health Care website, lice can live on cloth furniture for up to two days without a host. If left untreated, the lice can re-infect any eligible hosts in the house. The best time to clean lice off of your furniture is on the same day that you treat the main infestation.
