How many times have you been in the kitchen or somewhere else around the house, and realized you need a funnel? It happens more than you probably think, especially in the kitchen. You have to pour things fairly often when working with food and food products. Don't worry if you can't run out and buy a plastic funnel right away. There's a very simple way to make your own funnel at home, and you're almost sure to already have the material already in your pantry. The following article will show you how to make a funnel for the kitchen.
Take a plastic sandwich or freezer bag out of the pantry.
Fill the bag with the ingredient you need to pour/transfer.
Seal the bag in order to prevent spills.
Place the bag directly over the container where you want to transfer it, and cut one of the corners off with a pair of scissors.
Pour the contents of the bag into the container, squeezing the bag for added pressure if you need to help it along.
