How to Put Vinegar in a Keurig Coffee Maker

By Sommer Leigh

The Keurig coffee maker is equipped with a sensor to alert you when mineral buildup is affecting the coffee maker's operation. When this light is lit, it's time to grab the vinegar and run it through your Keurig to clear away the deposits in a process the makers of the Keurig system call descaling. Specific directions for descaling vary by model. The mini model has slightly different directions than the other models.
